I had the pleasure of working with Gina in a sale and purchase. She not only exceeded expectations in the standard areas but went above and beyond to assist us. The home we were selling was heavily water damaged due to a leak while vacant and she was instrumental in managing the repairs and remodel. My grandfather who owned the home was unable to assist due to medical reasons and I live over an hour from the property. Gina was a phone call away with any needs or concerns and handled face to face communication, paint selection, material selection......you name it she took care of it!! You will be extremely satisfied with Gina, I could just about guarantee it!

Gina is very efficient. From start to finish the process was extremely smooth. She is very knowledgeable of the values of property in the address area and we received quite a substantial amount more over the asking price.She guided us thru the process with ease, and we were able to close the sale within 10 days from start to finish. Gina handled the sale of our house with an unparelled effeciency. She took the listing and outlined the process she felt was best suited for our property. Gina had a professional photographer take stills and videos which really showcased the elements of the house. We accepted a firm offer within 4 days. When I needed to sell my grandmother's condo in order for her to be moved into assisted living it was a very emotional and stressful time. Gina stepped in and helped every single step of the way. In every circumstance she went above and beyond what is to be expected of a realtor. Her responsiveness to questions was second to none and she always kept us apprised of the status every step of the way in the sales process. Gina was referred to me by a good friend of mine in early 2012. She spoke very highly of her so I decided to give her a call. She explained the home buying process so well that I was left without any questions to ask. Introduced me to a lender that she works with (Tina) and I was pre-approved in no time.

She signed me up to start receiving MLS listings which I would review religiously...I would also do my own research on Zillow and RedFin. Over the next few months Gina would take my girlfriend and I to see home she thought we would like. We were really impressed with her findings that we would put offers on almost each house.

Gina was absolutely wonderful. She is informative and supportive.She did a great job in negotiating and getting our deal accepted by the seller.She took care of finding a home inspector, and was there during walkthrough and closing. Gina was both pleasant and professional. We got a great price for our house (much better than expected, thanks to our agent) and Gina made the entire process painless. The only person I would use in the greater Pasadena area is Gina. She knew her business very well. She was totally competent dealing with multi-cultural individuals, which is important in the San Gabriel Valley. She was kind and sweet with me, but a firm negotiator with those we had to deal with. She is honest, straightforward, detail oriented, knowledgeable, a good listener and an all ‘round top notch real estate agent. I am married to a former real estate agent, so my husband and I really do know what it takes to be good at this job, and Gina IS!
